Our birthday parties are designed to be engaging, well-organized, and stress-free, with age-appropriate activities that invite kids to explore, create, and play while parents can relax knowing everything is taken care of. Every in-studio birthday party includes:

In-studio parties are best suited for children ages 1–6.
Party-in-a-Box options are recommended for ages 3–9. -
Our parties are designed for small group celebrations to keep the experience comfortable and engaging. We recommend a maximum of 18 children per celebration.

How to book your party:

FAQs
Where do the parties take place?
Our parties are hosted in the play area at Valley Kids Co., located in the Shops at Farmington Valley. You’ll have exclusive use of the play area during your party time, ensuring a private and fun experience for you and your guests!
Note: The play area is shoes-off for the kids so plan accordingly.
Can I bring food?
Yes, you’re welcome to bring food! We do ask that all food brought into the space is nut-free for the safety of all guests. Kids will enjoy food in designated areas, and we typically set aside time for everyone to snack together just before singing "Happy Birthday". You should also plan on bringing paper goods for any of the food you bring.
Can I add additional time to the party?
Yes, you can! Extra time is $50 per half hour, but this needs to be arranged at the time of booking so we can plan around other parties scheduled before or after yours.
What do I need to bring?
- Any snacks, including cake/cupcakes and drinks
- Paper goods
- Party favors (if you plan to offer them)
How many kids can come to the party?
Our party space can accommodate up to 18 children due to the size of the play area. This ensures plenty of room for everyone to have fun and enjoy the celebration! Parents are welcome to stay and enjoy the party. If they prefer, they can also take some time to explore the Shops at Farmington Valley while the kids have fun.
How do I book a party?
To book a party, simply send us an email to check availability. Morning parties typically start around 10:30, afternoon parties around 1:30, and evening parties around 5:00. We’re happy to adjust start times if needed. Once your party is confirmed, we’ll send you an invoice for the deposit along with a booking form to complete. We’ll need your final headcount about one week before the party, and the remaining balance will be due the Friday before your scheduled event.
What time should I arrive to set up?
Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before your party starts. We’ll have everything set up by then and can help you unload anything from your car and get party-ready!
Open Play Parties
A relaxed, play-forward celebration.
Open Play Parties are designed for kids who love to move, explore, and play together. The space is set up to encourage imaginative play and social interaction, with a loose structure that keeps the celebration fun and comfortable.
General Information -
Suggested ages 1-5
Length of party - 90 minutes
What's included?
- Exclusive use of the play area for 1.5 hours
- At least one TLGT Party Host to lead the party
- Basic party decorations in the theme you choose
- Set up and clean up of the party
For an additional fee, you can add one structured activity.
Pricing -
$200 for up to 10 kids plus $10 for each additional child
A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to save your party date/time
Art Parties
Creative fun with something special to take home.
Art Parties offer hands-on creative fun, featuring two guided art projects chosen by the birthday child and led by our TLGT Party Assistants. Kids explore a variety of materials and leave with their own finished artwork.
